It's ALIIIIVE!

3-31-10
I just started my first batch of kombucha tea! See my pretty lil' SCOBY floating there in the jar? 
I hope it turns out well and doesn't die, because I've become rather attached to the squishy thing. Hopefully in a couple of weeks I'll have some yummy kombucha tea!
