I did my final training brick today! I decided to do all 3 sports - swim, bike, run - and I did the milage for each that I will have to do for the tri on Saturday. I'm happy to report that with transitions it took me 2 hours and 3 minutes to complete, and without including transition time (which was LONG) I finished the distance in an hour and 47 minutes! My goal is under 2 hours. I'm feeling ready for Saturday! :)
that's like really intense. Why are there...5 works outs though? Lol You are going to do so well. I'm so excited for you!!! you should probably tell me your time when you are done!! :)
ReplyDeleteHaha, well on dailymile you have to do each segment separately, so the swim, bike and run were each a separate workout, and I also logged biking to and from work that day so that adds up to five. I should just do my commutes as one log though I guess!
ReplyDeleteOh I will SO tell you my time when I'm done! I'm excited! I think it's going to be fun and I feel really good about the fact that I have done the distance at least once already! Now just need to make sure I get enough SLEEP this week :)
