So we (and by "we" I actually mean Eric) attempted to make wheat-free (for me) and yeast-free (for him) pizza crust at his birthday party last night. Out of three different attempts only one turned out "well" and I'm still not sure if it tasted good because it WAS good or if it tasted good because we ate it after the one pictured above which was pretty much inedible (despite how much this picture reveals me choking down). I was trying to be nice and just eat it, but my face apparently gave me away. Anyway, we'd had enough wine that the situation was rather humorous and at least...and now we know that cornmeal-based wheat-free/yeast-free crust is basically the worst thing in the world.
