Obsessed

I've seen this car on multiple occasions because it lives at a house on the way to Safeway, BofA, and other such important places in Berkeley. Clearly this woman is more than a little obsessed about her dog. She has signs about this dog in the windows of her house too. Well today I finally saw her AND her beloved dog. She got out of her car, went to the back got out a white cushion, placed it on the ground and THEN the dog stepped out onto the cushion (God forbid it touch the ground) and then they went inside. I only regret that I wasn't quick or stealthy enough to get a picture of that. Aaaand welcome to Berkeley.

Jess' crocs have become the dogs' playthings. Here they are strewn about the back yard in an attempt to make our yard look as ghetto as possible.

This is Milan. He visits us on a daily basis thus negating any need or desire to get a dog because, well...we kinda have one. Anyway, this morning he showed up pretty early looking for a bite of breakfast. I let him lick my bowl after I ate my fruit and yogurt, but as you can see Jess wasn't gonna give him nothin'!

Jess cowers in fear from a pinata filled with dog treats. It was eventually destroyed thanks to the efforts of Kim, Suneal, Jess, and myself. Sorry the picture is slightly fuzzy, but that's cuz it's so packed with action.

As I was making my breakfast this morning I left the door slightly ajar so the cats could go in and out as they pleased. They both ran back inside at the same time, and wondering why I looked up to find our landlord/neighbor's labradoodle standing in the entrance wagging his tail, clearly dying to play with our kitties. Dinah and Hobbes weren't so keen on this idea, so I played with him instead!
