I was disappointed that the Y here didn't have any heavy bags, and then I discovered this handsome fellow. Oh yeah. He's a punching bag. I went to the Y just to get in a core class and noticed him sitting against the wall, so I asked if I could use the room to work out more and stayed to beat him up a little. It was awesome. Shadow boxing is just not the same. And it was fun to have a "person" to hit - really helped me work on angles and uppercuts!
